...you should be able to go to New ISD's website and find the salary schedule...that way you can get at least a ballpark figure. Some districts really make you hunt for it, but the schedules should be there.

That being said, why would anyone consider asking to be released from their current school if they don't know what they will be making at the new school? I leave old school for new, only to find out that I'm going to make less than I do now? At that point it's too late to turn the job down, your stuck.
