UIL governs eligibility for all students in extracurricular programs, not just athletes.

I've had a student denied participation in UIL because they moved in fourteen days before the contest, but after the Form 1 was required to be submitted. I wasn't allowed to include them because they weren't eligible.

States quite clearly that they must have been in attendance for fifteen days prior to the contest. The music student part says "meets all requirements abov.e"
