I own a pair of these, have had custom ones from Weston, and have also used Earasers. The ones you mention work well, but eat through hearing aid batteries pretty frequently. I didn't mind using them, but they're not my favorites. (Actually not sure where my pair of these are the more I think about it... I last used them before the COVID shutdown...) They're a bit annoying in that you have to keep track of the batteries, and when they start going bad, it warns you with an annoying heartbeat thump sound. The custom molded earplugs from Weston were by far the most effective. But your ear shape changes each year, so like glasses you need a new pair every couple of years. I've not had a chance to redo those. Earasers if you get the right sizing honestly are a pretty good balance of price, effectiveness, and portability. I've settled on those as my main day-to-day set over the past couple of years.
