We gift the senior drummers a used bass drum head from the past season or two. I use a cricut machine to pit their name on the front and I write all the different shows/years that they were involved in on the back as well as a personal word or two from me. I have the rest of the drummers sign the front. It’s a cool tradition that goes back to my old high school. I still have mine from 25 years ago!
