Mention the pull out law that way it's documented that you at least warned them about it.




Mentioning the pull out law is a waste of breath. The law has no teeth to it...no penalty for a school breaking it. You are acting like the law actually does something, and that bad administrators care about it anyway.

Administrators know this. Good administrators who actually care about the kids being in class (any class) have already come up with solutions that work. Bad ones just ignore you, and call you a "malcontent".
