I have two main sections that covers stuff in a general way. It's not specific though on purpose.

"Disciplinary Actions:
Consequences for not adhering to our conduct and attendance guidelines range from verbal warnings and written tasks to suspension of privileges, probation, exclusion from performances, or removal from the band. Depending on the situation's severity, other corrective measures may be applied. All actions are taken in consideration of what is most appropriate for the student and the band community"

"OUR COMMITMENT TO A RESPONSIVE AND HEALTHY BAND PROGRAM:
In the dynamic environment of our band program, we understand that situations may arise that are not specifically covered by the policies outlined in this handbook. To ensure the continued health and success of our program and the well-being of each student, we maintain the flexibility to make necessary adjustments to our policies and practices."

Smaller school here though. But the principal appreciates how it's vague on the exact measures to be taken because of the flexibility it allows.
