The Peacock streaming coverage starts about 11:50am PDT (before warmups are completed).
Jade competes in Olympic rotation, starting first on Vault, 6th (last) on Bars, 5th on Beam, and 4th on Floor.

If you are able/willing to use a VPN on an internet connection, you could watch the FIG YouTube stream, with commentary by Olly Hogben & Blythe Lawrence ... starting at 11:40am (before march-out/introductions)... you would have to find a VPN connection/server not in one of the countries that has purchased broadcast rights (like Hong Kong, Singapore, Kenya,...?)...
Here is the complete list of broadcast rights holders... PDF list
either Peacock (with subscription) or the FIG YouTube (with VPN)... you can watch a replay some time after the LIVE stream.
I've since learned that Peacock did not provide a replay of the Team Finals broadcast, so probably won't for the remainder of the Finals??
I did watch some of the FIG YouTube afterwards to compare it with Peacock ... what was shown was a bit different, it looked like P. was using a feed it had no control over, but I'm not sure after watching FIG YT, ... the one thing that WAS the same is the "ban" on saying you are watching a routine on delay, "from earlier", ... Peacock only said that ONCE in the 2.5hr broadcast, even though up to 50% of the routines were shown on delay ... while showing a bar routine (with 2 falls) you can hear a big cheer for Jade's vault... then afterwards they show Jade's vault as if it is happening LIVE... I think part of the reason for this is two of the 3 commentators are NOT in Liverpool, so to them it's the 1st time they had seen Jade's vault! (Olly Hogben IS in Liverpool, so I would guess Blythe Lawrence is as well.)
