It is bone dry and dusty here,if we dont have a
very wet spring there are going to be serious
problems in the corn belt etc.
Esp if we have a hot summer which is long overdue here.....
I have heard that water is disappearing
out of the Mississippi and the levels are quite
low...it may be that all the draining of aquifers
and possibly a rift opening up in the area of
the New Madrid fault (or both) is causing this
and there is nothing that humans can do about it.
