'CLEOPATRA' is blooming! Any idea, as to what type of plant she is? Ordinarily, the foliage is half green and half purple. The flowers can also be half red and half yellow. This year, the foliage is a solid dark purple/black, and the bloom is dark orange, and mottled with yellow. Odd how this plant type can vary from one year, to the next...
