Lots of rain, over the past two days. I'm glad because really hot summer weather is set to arrive, just as the Summer Solstice arrives...

Look! A piece of stem fell off one of my Alocasia macrohrriza, plants. If I simply stick this piece of stem, in a pot of soil, now that the "broke end" dried, will a new plant form, or will the stem piece simply rot? What's your guess?
