Gone for the year?
Last month, I posted before and after pics, that showed how the Orioles were attacking their feeder, requiring refills, every few days. However, this week, the feeder appears untouched. They usually leave the area, in early July. I'll continue to keep the feeder out, until then.
I treated the developing flower buds on my Annabelle Hydrangeas, with a gibberellic acid spray. This treatment usually insures that most mopheads reach 8-12 inch diameters....
