We have been warm since March and looks like a jungle here but the rain has been too much. Some bananas are over 6' and how I dont know.
Thanks for posting about your Giant Rostrata, the forum has never seen one so tall and beautiful as yours. while it wont die, it will have 2 heads and I use to think no no no but it will still be beautiful.
Mine has about 7 feet of trunk and was thinking yesterday it's just a matter of time before the moths get it to branch. I've thought about netting the crown or using some type of repellent on it's crown but evidently no one does this.
If my tests are favorable Tuesday, I will post some photos by the weekend. Thanks Mark
