Correctomundo, Fred! 'Chuck Hayes' is a Cape Jasmine or Gardenia cultivar. I was surprised, because Gardenias are notoriously hard to keep very long, indoors. They like it cool, in winter, which was easy, in my basement. I was careful with watering, too, and did not let water touch their leaves. They are very easy to pick up fungal infections, and die from too much water.
Also, a "Waggy" is a nickname for Trachycarpus wagnerianus.

I agree that PDN prices are high. I will buy plants from them, that I can't find anywhere else, or for less (albeit a larger plant for the price) though.

Tulips will go on for about another 10 days, here, unless it gets hot.

I wish I could reach the fruit, on that cherry tree, as well as beat the birds to them, LOL. Birds tend to begin eating cherries, just as they start to ripen, but not ripe enough to pick and eat. I would have to invest in a nice, tall stepladder.
The fruit trees I planted over the past few years, are all dwarfs. I intend to keep them smaller, too, with pruning, making the trees easier to throw a small bird/critter netting over them, as fruits develop, as well as pick from the ground.

Both currants and gooseberries can be eaten raw, but they are sour. Some people like eating lemons raw, though, so some people do like eating sour fruit.
