Here's what the oriole "food bar" looks like when their favorite foods are replenished. Their favorite foods are oranges (cut in half, so they can access the pulp, easier), grape jelly, and dried mealworms. Mind you, there is also some sugar-based nectar, below the top, that the birds can suck through tiny holes, in the top:
