It has been years since I have posted anything about palms, mostly because I no longer buy/plant them. I recognize names on this forum!

After multiple moves here in NC, I did manage to carry several palms with me to my current locale in Siler City. The most notable one, a Jubaea chilensis that is now approximately 22-23 years (I have lost track as I think I have been growing it for maybe 17 yrs.) old, still grows here in the Piedmont. I have managed to cover it up for winter about every other year. This year it will face winter as is. I would like to post a photo I took today but have forgotten how to embed photos on here. When I click 'upload image', nothing happens.
