Protection Question

Any advice on 169 hours below freezing ?
That's the latest weather for my immediate area starting Monday night for a long cold week ahead. No actual lows below z8a. Windchills,not much at all. could be a skiff of snow around.

Need some advice:.
Using, mulch, minis, tarp.
* Should I wrap with frost cloth then put tarp back? I have rolls of frost cloth. I would let it ride but this duration is concerning. Thanks.
