Well, it looks like Camellia seaon is underway, there, as it has begun here, as well, LOL.
That's a beautiful single, or daisy flower type, with a bit of ruffling, on petal edges.
My blooming sasanqua is from the October Magic series. They are among the earliest to bloom sasanquas, meaning they bloom early enough, in Cam season, to flower early enough, to do so, before winter protection needs to go on.
I have about 10 seed grown Cams, but they are all japonica. They were started 14 yrs ago. They began blooming around 5yrs old.
