That's a Tasmanian Tiger pup . Their tails are more fluffy when young and the hair will later fall out . I'm in a program to help them recover their numbers so they can get to a sustainable population . They were found on the mainland in southwest Australia where a small population was found .
I met the requirements to get one after taking a course on them and paying some money . Really cool animals .
