I am way above average on rain Stan . It's been flooding basements and such I've heard . It's even worse in the southwest part of the state around Asheville , NC and into Georgia and further west .
I've got one more mid to upper 20'sF in the forecast late this week and hopefully that will do it for hard freezes .
Glad it's mild there . You can have some of my rain lol .
