Nice specimen Ryan. It's good to see you post on here again. Can't give you any info on whereabouts of Jubaeas but I recently read that they are hardy down to around 7f,prefer semi clayish soil, and oddly enough dont like too much extended heat and humidity. Which I think they mean that they dont like to be right on the coastline.
By the way I wish you would post more pics of your local area palms sometime.
