Two years ago he gave me a small cross between a Jubaea and a Butia. I have it in a pot and kept it in a greenhouse both winters. It is doing well. All I really know about the Chilean Wine Palm is the 2-page summation in “Hardy Palms for the Southeast” by McClendon, Roberds, and LeVert.
