I have one in my garden here in North Louisiana. It is probably 16'+ now after buying it as a trunked 6-footer in 2007 from Lowes at maybe $60-$80. It grows very quickly and never seems to be bothered by anything. Mine probably has 6-10 heads that once grown and seperated a bit will be really something nice in ten years or so. I've got lots of spiny plants, but this is the one most likely to pop an eye like a grape...safety glasses an absolute must when working around it since I have let it sucker from every level. If I have one gripe, the flower stalks do not emerge far enough above the foliage compared to most of the other trunking yuccas.
