Had it since ‘99. It is now in its third location. Got it via mail-order from Gerry’s Neo-Tropic Jungle. Nearly died following one transplant, but sprung back to life. Very hardy; single-digit lows merely equated to a damaged emerging spear and no other damage. Has taken 7 degrees F on three different occasions. Has benefitted from recent hardwood tree removal by my neighbors, giving it more sunlight. It is starting to look really good. Maybe it will fruit someday.
