Yes, that's true. LIke today it was in the 70s. After 15 inches of rain, of course everything is blooming or budding. The next Arctic front has a forecast low of 20. In Middle Tennessee, something can bloom just about any time of year- but then those late-season fronts. How cold are you supposed to get?
We can get some fantastic growth out of Sabals and Needles in the heat but Windmills need a lot of water.
