Re: Corrina Larsen interview
Yes, an interesting documentary with prestigious contributions. But she was just giving her speech. She has to face investigations in Spain and Switzerland, which could lead her to jail. And the journalists did not ask her anything about it. It was not a spontaneous interview. And when she said the King has “hundreds” of accounts in different jurisdictions, why was she not ask to elaborate it deeper?
This is a serious documentary series on a a serious radio channel and I found it interesting. Sir Paul Preston , London School of Economics, Príncipe de Asturias Professor of Contemporary Spanish Studies
contributed and he gave a fair assessment of King Juan Carlos. His view seemed to be that Juan Carlos had been sacrificed to the Monarchist cause as a child, had worked hard, at some personal risk to maintain democracy and the women and cash perks were an upside to what had been a difficult early life.
Yes, she has spoken about it before. And with more details. She was taped (without her knowledge??) while talking to a Spanish corrupt Police agents. Hours and hours of conversations. Both of them are being investigated by the Spanish Courts. Corinna will have to testify next month.
Hello...today I listened to an interesting interview on BBC Radio 4 ( in English)...on the series "Crossing Continents", this episode was "Spain: the elephant in the palace". Ms Larsen was interviewed by the BBC.I had not heard her speak on the matter before ( yes, it's all about you know what!!). If you are able to access it via the internet it is as I said "interesting:. Regards
