I've been looking into that, and found only five heads of Gotha part I-houses not descending from Johan Willem Friso. Portugal, Albania, Montenegro, Lippe and Anhalt.
If you jump back to his grandfather - Furst Johann Georg II of Anhalt-Dessau, we can hook up Albania and Anhalt, with Montenegro, Portugal and Lippe (surprisinlgy!) still missing.
Montenegro will probably never make it to mainstream European connections, given the childless marriage of Crown Prince Danilo and Princess Jutta of Mecklenburg-Strelitz. The succession passed to another male line, whose members have married commoners -- a trend which likely will not be reversed.
If one were to expand the different dynasties to members beyond the heads of the houses and their immediate families, and if one wanted to include Portugal, perhaps the best bet for qualifying as the nearest common ancestors to all the European royals would be Ferdinand and Isabella (with the usual exclusion of Montenegro).
It goes without saying that the Duke of Braganza is descended from them (duh!). How about Lippe?
The reason for my extending membership in every dynasty is the obvious fact that the present-day head of the house of Wittelsbach is unmarried and childless. But Prince Max, Duke in Bavaria -- the only brother of Franz, the Duke of Bavaria -- has only daughters and no sons. So of course you have to look at their cousins. But if you're going to look at additional male lines of descent of King Ludwig III, you have to do likewise for those of King Ludwig I as well. That's why I brought up the line of Prince Adalbert, the founder of the "Spanish branch." It goes without saying that all the Bavarian royals of this line descend from Ferdinand and Isabella ...
