Infanta Alicia's jewels?

The Autumn sale by Sothebys is being marketed as a sale by the House of Bourbon Parma and includes a tiara which allegedly was given to Archduchess Maria Anna by Emperor Franz Josef. In circumstances where Infanta Alicia was the only one of Maria Anna's children to marry, can we assume this sale of her mother's tiara (amongst other items) is being made by Infanta Alicia's descendants?

Assuming they are, she must have had an impressive collection of jewels, I have seen separately the specially commissioned wedding gifts she received.
