Juana of Castile was Duchess consort of Burgundy.
Blanca of Navarre was also Queen consort of Sicily.
What women in history were both queens regnant AND consort? Off the top of my head, I think of Isabel, the reigning queen of Castile and queen consort to King Fernando II of Aragon. Mary Stuart was both the reigning queen of Scotland the queen consort to King François of France. Mary Tudor was both the reigning queen of England and the queen consort to King Felipe II of Spain.
Can anybody name additional examples? Victoria could have been both the reigning queen of Great Britain and the queen consort to King Georg V of Hanover, had she married her paternal first cousin, instead of her maternal first cousin.
