Im sorry to disappoint you but the titles and surnames for the offspring of those in line of succession are decided by the marriage law that requires Parliamentary consent or by the government (that includes the monarch in The Netherlands) if it's a marriage without consent. Regardless if the dynast is male or female.
In the marriage bill of the current sovereign it was stated that his offspring with Maxima are HRH prince(ss) of the Netherlands, prince(ss) of Orange-Nassau. They don't have the Van Amsberg name of their grandfather.
When his cousin HH prince Maurits of Orange-Nassau, van Vollenhoven married the offspring was stuck with the surname Van Lippe-Biesterfeld van Vollenhoven and plain mister or miss. The offspring of his brothers are mister/miss Van Vollenhoven.
There is also a difference in styles between the children of the late Prince Friso and those of Prince Constantijn.
This doesn’t contradict anything I said; names and other titles (like count(ess) of Orange-Nassau) otherwise descend in the male line, as they normally did and do, after being applied to these various female lines. I know they bundle it altogether now but deciding titles never happened before the throne passed through the female line several times (because titles otherwise pass automatically through the male line).
