How about his wife and children? They, too, would have been in a position to have dual names and titles. It's just that the order would have been slightly different ... I'm not entirely well versed in the Spanish naming system.
Infanta Maria Teresa of Spain would rightfully have been a princess of Bavaria by marriage. Her children would have been princes and princesses of Bavaria by right. However, I doubt they were styled thus in Spain. Still, their Bavarian royal titles were legal, and in Germany that's what they would have been known under.
