According to Wikipedia (yes, I know), her children are also HRH and Prince and Princess. Are Belgian royal titles inherited through both the male and female lines? If not, why are Delphine's children HRHs?
Much has already been posted about this, but to your specific HRH question, the judge decided that Delphine and her kids are essentially entitled to whatever was accorded to King Albert’s other children and grandchildren under Article 2 of the royal decree of November 2015. The decree language that informed the judge’s decision did not contain any caveats that would exclude children or grandchildren born out of wedlock.
