I do believe the bill on Dutch nobility is wrong.
Currently any child of a male noble no matter if adopted, born out of wedlock or from a legal marriage inherits the dynastic name and title of the paternal line.
I would prefer it if that law was altered to only legal and biological children born within a legal marriage of the parents no matter if it's the father or the mother who is noble.
Unfortunately there is little to no chance that will happen. When it does happen HRH Prince Hugo de Bourbon de Parme will retain his title and nobility as it is legally his.
