I think he would be an excellent fit for the team - he's an outsider with a dubious and troubled past and has the kind of skills that Ross would be looking for.
As for not doing well in teams - this is true - but Venom, Elektra, Deadpool and Frank Castle can never be described as team players, can they? The T-Bolts is obviously a team of convenience and I imagine the roster may change depending on the objective.
As for an Ennis series - Ennis is my favourite writer but he isnt the guy to revitalise Moonknight, firstly because the character doesnt need a niche like MAX series, he needs a successful all-ages series that will improve his standing with the entire audience. Not that I think a MAX series written by Ennis would be bad, but I expect that it would be little more than therepy for people missing Ennis Punisher MAX work.

: I don't think he should join the Thunderbolts.
: To me, Moon Knight has never been a good
: team player. He never really fit in with the
: West Coast Avengers back in the day. He's a
: character who needs his own book. He has a
: rich cast of supporting characters.
:
: What I'd like to see is Moon Knight get his
: own series set in an alternate universe
: where he is the only superhero around. Like
: the Garth Ennis Punisher Max series.
