    Still not got mine and it’s now 2nd August. How difficult can it be to send them out on time and not by 2nd Class post as they told me in the ticket office. Recorded delivery please!!
    I can’t just pop down to the ticket office as I now live 165 miles away, not 9 miles away like I used to.
    The ticket office said if it doesn’t arrive they will print out a voucher. It’s not good enough.
    The other problem I had in renewing my season ticket was having to create an account. I already have an account which I use for streaming away games I can’t get to, but I was informed that that account was already in use by another user (yes, that’s me of course) and I had to use another email. So now I get every email from the club twice one per email) and was pestered to renew my season ticket umpteen times on my old email address even though I had already renewed on the new one. Not happy this end.
