I think the place you are thinking of is "The Entertainment Factory", not "The Cattle Club". They had a few shows there, probably not CDI shows. I remember the DOA show there pretty well. They wouldn't play "Let's ####" because it was sexist.
Last I heard about James No Class he was hanging out with this rocker chick named Shelly George and her rocker boyfriend Anthony Platts. She called me around 2001 and evidently she had a relative who hit it semi-big in a band and had put her up in a house in Folsom near Intel. I was glad to here that he had upgraded his friends from Skins to metalheads, at least.
