My internist is closed half the week. He had health problems a year or so ago, and started working fewer hours, and then this pandemic hit and he's gone days at a time.
I understand it's chancy to go to a doctor's office today, but this teleconferencing only makes sense if you need help and advice "right now." If, like me, you are not having any problems (the problems I have right now are not in the area of rheumatology) the call is next to useless. OK, so maybe he'll ask you a question that helps inform him, I can allow for that, but to bill several hundred dollars for giving the last exam's lab result? It was always part of your last exam, now, no.
