I heard that part of that (in my district) is ESSER funds, but weren't those only temporary anyway?
Many things I read have some sort of political bias so it makes it hard to follow what's happening. I mean I know there is politics involved, but it seems like there is something else happening (or didn't happen) on the part of districts.
