I am moving at the end of this school year and am actively looking for positions. I wanted to hear from y'all about what some of you look for in resumes for directors who have been teaching for several years. I'm still at my first gig and just opened up my resume to make adjustments.
I still have some stuff that highlights my private teachers and what not on my resume along with my substitute stuff dated back 11 years.
What are some things you want to see in a semi-seasoned director on paper?
What are things you DO NOT want to see?
I've had a ton of success with recruitment and UIL ratings at my current school.
Any advice is welcome! Thanks!
