Izzy - As someone who has battled seasickness all his life and loves New Jersey diving, I want to put in a recommendation for "scopace", the oral prescription form of the scopolamine "patch". I usually take one tablet before bedtime (4 mg) and one and a half tablets before diving. Unlike the patch it kicks in within an hour. I have had great results this summer -- using the above dosage -- no seasickness symptoms and no dry mouth. Here is a website with more information: http://www.motionsickness.net/ Obviously you need a prescription from your doctor (the pills are cheap, not like the patch) and you need to try it out on a day when you are not diving. All I can say is that it works for me and I have tried the scopolamine patch, the usual over the counter tablets, wristbands, that electronic wristband they advertise in airplane catalogs, ginger, etc. I have no connection with the company.
