: Law in 1990, the then Prime Minister

: articles 63-64 of the Constitution, which
: didn't occur for the marriage of King
: Leopold & Princess Lilian, depriving the

I am having trouble finding an applicable English translation for articles 63-4 as relating to the King; are you telling me that the Prime Minister at the time gave his opinion to the applicability of those articles with respect to the king? Was he attempting to *retroactively* apply articles 63-4 to Leopold III in order to justify the notion that Prince Alexander was not a dynast?
Again, it is hard for me to accept your reply without seeing what articles 63-4 said during the time Leopold III was married for the second time and what they said in 1990.
