I have one like that, it has red lenses in it. they came with different colors too. They were used as warning lanterns. The difference is a plain red globe emits light in all directions and the Lite Gard has a focused beam from the lenses. As for worth , thats a gamble you have to find someone who is looking for that item and is willing to pay what you want for it. ( thats my opinion ) And they are pretty rare as I have only seen 4 for sale on the internet in 15 years . Well you just heard from me so your wait is over. Hope this was helpful to ya.
