There is no other burner that will fit the Dietz Night Watch lanterns. A junker is about the only chance of finding a "replacement". If you haven't already, try soaking the wick in fresh kerosene for a while and see if it won't soften up enough to remove it. Don't try to force a dry wick, it may strip the wick raiser ratchet teeth inside the burner. I usually soak them and then pull the old wick out backwards through the wick tube using long nosed forceps or pliers.
