Thank you for your opinion on burner manufacturers. As for the 1 inch wick I haven't found a good supplier yet. Ive bought from several people but they are very thin or poorly woven. I could not get a nice fanned out flame on my Diets top lift lanterns. Just by luck I bought at a yard sale a box of mixed burners that had some OLD Blizzard burners in it. They had some original Dietz 1 inch wicks in them. These wicks were quite plump as compared to what I was getting and they were much better at giving me a nice fanned out flame. So where is a good source for 1 inch wick in your opinion? Thanks again Harry W
