The Dietz Traffic-Gard has been selling in the $10.00 - $45.00 range recently depending on condition, some bidders at auction will drive the price higher but these are so plentiful you would do better to be patient and get one in equal condition at a better price later. If you have a colored Fresnel lens globe other than red, you can easily get much more for it. The retail prices for the Fresnel lenses alone range from $100.00 for green, blue, $70.00, amber, $50.00 and clear, $40.00. Less common non-Fresnel Dietz globes are out there also but don't turn up often and usually in the version ordered by Con-Ed with amber globes. I don't have any price info on those.
I pay more for the Original Embury lanterns and globes than the Dietz made ones, especially for the first version Emburys as they are my favorite style. Unused ones are out there, but you have to have a very sharp eye to tell the difference from auction photos.
