In doing some research on the Toledo pressed steel co. (Toledo Torch),I found a article dated Thur. Feb 10-1966 courtesy of the Toledo Blade.
This article in the Toledo Blade stated that Joseph Withrow beside being president of the Toledo Pressed Steel co. was also a partner in the Red Flair Signal co.
