Obviously, you're not taking into consideration Mr. Hillyer's expertise in the field of torches. Personal experience has demonstrated that it takes one hell of a wind to extinguish a Toledo torch. By that time it wouldn't be safe to be on the road anyway, unless of course you're driving a tank. Why would the manufacturer bother to have tooling made to "dent" the top when it's not necessary? W.M.
