The No.70 was also called the Crescent. I recall seeing blue ones too. I think it was similar to the No.80 Blizzard but with a slightly smaller fount. Lantern production moved to Hong Kong in 1956, then to mainland China in 1982, then moved to the present location in 2005. So yes you could call it an "early post U.S.A. production". I don't think they are available anymore, at least not in the U.S. I haven't seen them for sale in a long time, only replacement parts.
