Very nice, Farwell, Ozmun & Kirk Co. was another of those large hardware distributors and if I recall they had lanterns made for them by C.T.Ham, Defiance and Embury that I know of and possibly others marked with the F.O.K. brand names. This dash lamp looks like an older C.T.Ham product, what model or year I'm not sure of since I don't have any to compare it with. I'll have to leave that up to someone with more knowledge of "jobber" or re-branded lanterns.
