CT Ham Hot Blast

I just picked up this C.T. Ham hot blast brass lantern today at an antique store. It has a patent date of 1890, but no identifier other than C.T. Ham.
Can anyone give me any information on the model #, also, I know that burner cone is not original (does not fit, any chance of getting a photograph of the correct one?),
