The Dietz Advance was part of the Dietz "Utility" Lanterns made 1931-1933 which were basically retro models made with old tooling and resurrecting the old Ham names: Clipper,Gem, Advance and Crown. All are rare, due to the short period of production, with the Crown rarest of the four. The original globe for the Dietz Advance is the 1923 Patent D-Lite globe.
In the market, over the last six years, the Dietz Advance has sold at $40 to $90, depending on condition. Highly disrespected, in my opinion. I expect the next one at auction to do much better.
